Digital Service Payments
Payments cover time, planning, design, development and digital service work. Because work may begin soon after confirmation, refunds depend on the project stage.
Before Work Begins
If work has not started, a refund request may be reviewed and processed where appropriate, less any unavoidable transaction or administrative cost.
After Work Begins
Once design, development, setup or consultation work has started, full refunds may not be available. A partial refund may be considered based on completed work.
Completed Services
Completed and delivered digital services are generally non-refundable. Corrections can be requested where they fall within the agreed scope.
